Quick, courteous and kind staff. Cosha went out of her way to help us when we could not figure out how to get the door to open. (Thank you!) Easiest storage rental process I’ve been part of. Highly recommend this storage facility.

Lisa was so very helpful. I appreciated her kindness in working through several details to accommodate my specific needs. Overall, the facilities were well kept. Vehicle storage area was a little shady near the fence, but no problems occurred. The only issue we encountered was trying to reserve a spot in advance to temporarily store a U-Haul that we were renting later in the month. The computer system requires a VIN number. Obviously, we didn't have that yet. The staff thought outside the box and let us hold the spot on our personal vehicle VIN number, then when we brought the U-Haul in, we provided the updated information. Also, keep in mind, next month's rent is due on the first, and you need to give notice IN WRITING that you will be vacating, or you are charged for the next month.

Amazing customer service! At the Summer Ave location, Lisa was just the right person to help. She was absolutely amazing! If I could give her so many more stars, I would without missing a beat!

Having to move during the current pandemic we're facing has been very frustrating, to say the least. So being able to depend on public storage to protect my things has been very helpful. However, there was a young lady that stood out to me when I visited this location today. Her name was Christina. I had been through a rough day, and she had the best attitude, which was so refreshing. Although I talked her ear off for a few minutes, she listened & provided me with positive feedback at the end. Customer service isn't just about greeting the customer when they come in; it's about making a connection with the customer as well. I feel that Christina did just that! With a beautiful attitude & spirit like that, that young lady deserves a raise! Thank you for being a listening ear, and a positive spirit Christina. It meant a lot! As long as Public Storage continues to hire individuals like this, they'll always have my business!
