The absolute best storage facility I have ever had my stuff in! The climate controlled area is actually.....climate controlled! In yesterday and it was cold outside but comfortable inside because the heat was on. First time I can remember that anywhere I have had my stuff stored. There are carts also! Another problem at other facilities that I have encountered is finding them. There are always two here and they are easy to find. The rates are great and the facility is clean and Jae is an awesome manager! If you need a place to store some things I would take it here.
There’s a huge pothole that is going to ruin someone’s tires that they keep saying they will fix but haven’t. There is muddy sludge that we have to walk through to get to our motor home also. We were broken into but unless we knew the exact date they wouldn’t check their cameras. It had been there winterized for several months at the time. (It has changed names since then)
Charged for full month for one week of use. Cancelled and was charged for another month on month later. Requested refund and they will not refund by the credit card I paid with. Have to send a check and was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks. Kept 2 storage units for 20 years and go NO consideration at all.
Jae was wonderful and helped me get my storage unit quick and easily! Wonderful service!!
