First National Bank of Middle Tennessee

I want to put in a good review for my conversation with Melody at the Morrison Bank. I was VERY upset over the letter just received about my account being changed to Premium Checking, and I have no interest in what is being offered with that account. She explained everything very well, and made me feel better about it, even though I still don't like the bank making this change. She was friendly and showed compassion for my feelings.
