Regions Bank

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PHONE NUMBER IS 414-3100. Please, Please do not dial 474-3100. Regions Bank should note on their website that 414 is a legitimate prefix. Maybe Regions should pay me for answering some of the calls and telling them the correct number.

New Bank design is ridiculous, hours of operation are not cohesive with normal working people. New ATM's are designed so you don't have to go in but don't support the functions needed to utilize efficiently. Therefore you have to go in, and wait in a poorly constructed building with an inadequate HVAC. Dont even try calling regions Greenlight or asking for a banker. Switching to ascend immediately. Have been with regions over 10 years now and they gradually get worse and worse.

The tellers are generally very nice, the manager - eh. Corporate? The worst. Also during this pandemic, the lobby is only open by appointment, despite what Google claims

Such a horrible design of a building....Why would you build a bank with no drive thru teller???...horrible idea...

I will never step foot back in regions bank, the branch manager RODNEY BAKER has done nothing but lie and hung up on me multiple times. They took my money from me and can not give me a straight answer on when i’m getting it back. This has been 2 weeks and I still have no answer to when it is going back into my account. The only thing he cares about is me starting an account there and never will I ever bank with them just because of the way I have been treated by the Branch Manger Rodney Baker.
