Ms. Linda was so nice to us. She was very quickly with getting our Marriage License. I wish that there was more of Ms Linda like her when it comes to dealing with the Public. So way to go Ms. Linda. She's a sweetheart ud83dude0d .

Had to renew my tags in person since there was a change of address involved - did so at the downtown Memphis location. Did all of that today - quite smooth. I was in/out in 5 minutes, the lady helping me (I'm sorry I forgot her name) was extremely courteous and professional. I don't write a lot of reviews, but the experience was quite good, and so I felt compelled to share my experience.

Visited on 11/10/2020 for a title registration. Very few people (I know I was lucky) but all were organized and courteous, particularly Cathy who attended me. She had the perfect balance of business and friendliness. Very thorough checking my documents and was very kind to correct my name twice. I was there less than 10 minutes.

Needs to be a better method since Covid. Went there paid 10 dollars for parking. Signed in with 3 hour wait and I was told I could leave and they would call me. They didn't call so I wasted that money.. Way too many people in facility to social distance. They need to set up different facilities elsewhere to get tags and drivers license in a safe and timely manner.

Ms. Linda in the marriage license part was soooo sweet. She had me and my now husband in and out within 15/20 minutes. And scheduled our ceremony for that following week. Quick fast and simple.
