Sold my car to Carvana. Extremely easy transaction. I ended up buying a new car at a different dealership, but Carvana offered significantly more for my trade. Getting the offer online was instant. To finalize I uploaded pictures of my title and drivers license, then scheduled a drop off. Spent 15 minutes total dropping my car off and had a deposit in my checking account the next morning. Both a customer service rep that I called with a question and the rep I met at the drop off were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I purchased a car through Carvana, and it was the best car shopping experience. First of all, I love my car, it is my absolute dream car, and I’m so glad that I was approved for a vehicle like this. I originally scheduled the pick up date for April 4 (it was the soonest date available & I didn’t realize it was Easter). I called to confirm that they would be open, obviously since I realized after the fact that it was Easter. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem. I received a call from Haley on Saturday April 3 that I could not pick up my car on Sunday since they were closed. She also told me that my car was here in Memphis & asked if I wanted to pick it up a day early. If you can, I highly recommend picking up your car at their facility! It is the COOLEST experience watching your car being brought to you from their vending machine!! The car looks better in person than the photos. Everything was exactly as described. Even the pre-approval process went as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Carvana to anyone shopping for a new car! You will not be disappointed. Thank you to everyone who helped make my experience seamless!!

Thomas was an excellent person to work with at Carvana. He was very thorough and was very helpful throughout the process. It was fun watching the car come down like a vending machine and the kids enjoyed it as well. We love our new car!!

Had the WORST experience with Carvana. I was approved for a $15,000 loan. I had to put my grandmother as the buyer since she cosigned. Well, they had my agreement wrong on FOUR separate occasions. I edited my profile to use my grandmas name since she was my cosigner, and they refused to talk to me. Then my grandma tried calling and they refused to talk to her? They are so wishy washy and confusing. They definitely do not pay attention to small details either, considering the fact that they messed my contract up 4 different times. Would not recommend whatsoever. Got my new car at a wonderful dealership :)

Carvana will not delete my account. I had a very frustrating experience with them and I am sorry I ever created an account because they refuse to delete it. I have called customer service and they won't delete my account. I have sent emails with no results. I have never seen a company that wont delete your account. If I could give it zero stars. I would
