I bought a car from these guys, and they wanted me to do a review before I left the dealership. Well, the car I bought needed some work, and I new that, but they hid so much more, I don’t even know where to start. Very dishonest people. I wouldn’t send anybody I liked to this dealership. I can’t stand dishonesty. I hope one day the Attorney General finds out about these crooks and shuts them down. This is a True lemon lot. The cars run good enough to drive off the lot, then the engine lights come in. Take the car to a mechanic shop and checked before you buy from these crooks
The sales team at All Approved, Jenna, Ellen, and Matt, were all incredibly genuine and helped me get into a very nice car. There was a minor fix that needed to happen to my car and Matt took care of it before I could blink! I would recommend them and will definitely come back in the future.
Ellen at All Approved Auto on Mt. Moriah Rd was the best. She didn't try to just sale me a car but recommended vehicles that worked best with my budget. She was patient and friendly. I couldn't get off of work so Ellen worked overtime to meet with me, She knew I really needed a car. .....I was approved at Drive Time but I did not like their customer service. This is definitely the place to go if you’re in need of a great car. Jenna worked really hard to help me out and made sure the process was very easy. I definitely recommend this car lot and the ladies that work here, they are friendly, professional, and very hard working. (Jenna deserves a raise!!)
