I have never been more disappointed doing business with any dealership like I have been now. I was referred by a family member in August of this year to visit Keras Car Central, I was told that they were very helpful and that they have good reliable vehicles. Upon purchasing the vehicle, I noticed that the vehicle wasn't clean in the inside of the car nor was it washed at all. A few days later my check engine signal came on which I was told that my transmission is going out. Just a few days ago my change oil signal came on. I called Keras Car Central and was told that I do have a 12 month warranty but in order to get a free oil change I would have to start a reoccurring payment which the first payment would have to be taken out first in order for me to a free oil change. I have never experience as many issues dealing with dealerships such as this one.

If I could I give them 0 stars. So my wife’s car lost all of the oil in our front yard from someone not putting the the oil drain plug in properly. They keep the car over the weekend because they are closed on weekends so Monday morning I call them at 830 they open at 8 they tell me they’re fixing the issue this is at 830 in the AM I don’t get my car until after 4pm an they stick me with the tow bill but I had nothing to do with the issue they change the oil at the dealer ud83eudd26ud83cudffe‍♂ufe0f

Worst Place ever!!! They only sell Lemons here, and you are not told that the cars are financed as a lease, not to own. They are horrible at answering the phones, and will take advantage of you. i had a 2011 ford fusion from them that was fine until it started making scrubbing and clinking sounds, and the people who do the maintenance will tell you everything looks good, when it really isnt. after about a year of driving this car the suspension had gotten terrible, and when i took it to a real auto shop, i was told that the cars' under carriage was rusty, like it had water damage, and it went further down hill from there. if your vehicle is totaled they offer another vehicle, but then add your remaining balance from the old car, onto the next lemon you get. BUT THEY DONT TELL YOU THIS!!!! You never really own the vehicle and the closer you get to the end, the more money they tack on to it. I was in an accident with the 11 ford fusion i got from them, and when i was told that the car was a total loss, i was elated! insurance paid these snakes and now i dont have to worry about Keras anymore!!!! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone , and to be honest, i feel like they tell their employees to put positive reviews on here to bait those who have poor credit or are in desperate need of a vehicle. Weigh your options before going here...
