I over enjoyed my experience with Johnny Smith and the entire team at Smith Imports. I love my GLC MERCEDES-BENZ 2018 (sunroof is awesome). They took care of me without giving me a hard time. I can’t see myself buying from any other company at this point.nnReally nice peoplen(Johnny comes off strong but he’s very good at satisfying his customers )nnI was referred by a friend and now I’m referring a friend.

Smith Important offered a great vehicle (2018 SL550 with under 14,000 miles) at an attractive price. Tommy in sales and John in trade in valuations were great to work with. They were very fair with my trade in value.nnI traveled 6 hours one way to make the trade. Paper work was quickly finalized. There were no high pressure tactics. The whole transaction was smooth. I really liked doing business with Smith Imports.

My husband and I had a great experience at Smith’s Imports. Both Tommy in sales and David in finance were so accommodating and very knowledgeable concerning the product.. It was also nice that Andy, the owner, made it a point to meet and greet us. It is the “Mayberry experience” in buying high quality vehicles at reasonable prices.

I must admit, purchasing a car is NOT fun. The sales people are pushy and extremely annoying....and will say anything just to close a deal....but NOT at Smith Imports! Smith Imports made my car purchase an AMAZING experience. They allow you time to look around without hanging over you and NO pressure. Natasha was my salesperson and she was AMAZING. She was honest, and EXTREMELY helpful. David, the money man was AWESOME as well. He crunched those numbers for me like pac-man to help me achieve my goal of making my purchase with the vehicle I selected. They seem to really be family oriented and it was a pleasure to do business with them. If you are considering making a car purchase, Smith Imports is definitely the place to go.
