You’re better off taking your vehicle to a country shade tree shop to get it fixed than taking it back to the dealership for repairs. Everything takes a minimum of a week to get fixed and it makes no sense. Especially when they claim to be waiting on parts that can be bought at a local autozone. There’s a serious lack of communication and sense of haste when it comes down to getting the car repaired. If they had the same enthusiasm as the sales people do with selling cars in worn conditions as if they’re brand new then the warranty/repair department would be A1, but it’s not...so my advice is to at least plan to be without your vehicle for up to two weeks when shopping with them and needing repairs done.

I had an accident and for some odd reason the insurance company sent my car back to Keras to be fixed. It took them a month to “fix” the car, and when I came to pick it up the front bumper was still hanging off and the car was in worse condition. They swore up and down how they fixed the car and come to find out they didn’t examine the car correctly the first time. After they denied they were in the wrong, come to find out they were!!! I had to take the car back up there again and have them fix what they missed. The lady at the front was extremely rude. She snatched my keys out of my hand on several occasions. After my car was finally fixed (barely, it still drives terribly), I go to pick up my car and find gum on my passenger side door. It was dripping with spit. This is highly unacceptable seeing as what is going on these days. I called back up there to report it and the manager was so uncaring. He was so nonchalant about it. I plan to follow up with the manger over him because I know the lady in the front office did it. When I picked my car up for the last time, she dropped my keys in my hand with a smirk on her face and said “have a nice day.” I knew then something was up. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT get a car from keras. Go to car max. They are way better. I still can’t believe that lady put slobbering gum on my passenger door handle like that. Who does that? Something is not right with her. I hope she gets help.

The lady was really nice and honest

I had my car serviced. I received a loaner car, while my car was being repaired.

They were quick and courteous. The price was fair and service was good.
