John is a very nice person. He went out of his way to make me comfortable. When a bank was found, that would finance the vehicle. I wanted in the price range for the carnote I wanted, he called me twice to come back and get the vehicle I looked at.

This is my experience so keep that in mind. Your mileage may vary. I saw a car this dealership had on their website. I called and questioned the car and was told to come see it. They asked me to set an appointment. I called again and talked to a sales rep who said no appointment needed. He asked me which car and I told him. He said to come in and test drive the car. My wife and I drove 30 minutes to see the car. Needless to say, we are told there is no such car on their lot. The manager comes out and says they just bought the car and it wasn't due in yet. Well then why doesn't anyone there know this. I spoke to enough people on the phone and the website shows the car as available with no disclaimer that it hadn't arrived. So, folks, you decide if you want to shop with this car dealership. Personally, I can't go back there again. There are plenty of dealerships on line that sell the same cars. I'm off my soap box. Joanne is a wonderful person to work with. She keeps me updated every time I bring my vehicles in to be serviced. She always answers calls or text or gets back to you quickly if she is unable too at that moment. She gets parts ordered quickly and my cars serviced in a timely manner, which helps a lot due to how my work schedule is. All in all, my experiences with her are always wonderful and she is always smiling and easy to talk too.
