My whole car buying experience was so dope! I think I had the absolute best salesman.. he was so informative and patient and so professional! His name is Keith at the U.S.64 location in Memphis! I will definitely be referring anyone I know interested in purchasing a car with you guys! So awesome!

My experience was good. I just wish I would have checked the heated seats there. Because they do not work and the FUSES are GOOD! But other than that, I love the vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience with CarMax. Nick Means was my salesman and he was wonderful he didn’t rush me at all. I also had the pleasure of working with Mickey he was wonderful to work with as well. I would recommend CarMax for your car buying experience.

My experience with CarMax was great. Our sales person Keith Richardson was fantastic. It was very busy and he stuck around through the whole process to make sure we didn't get lost in the shuffle that day.
