I have had a storage unit for 4 years its the 14x40 they are nice and big. The issue is water and ice. The water drips right in front of the door and so if your opening the unit your getting wet. Also in the winter when melts happen you can get water on the floor of the unit and it forms ice. I have had half my unit with an inch of ice covering the floor. And three times I have not been able to get into my unit because the door was frozen shut. Needs better drainage in the drive area and some gutters to channel water and melting from the roof.
Guys a real peice of work and his wife..rented unit n jan..got frozen shut from almost jan tomay 1st and had 2 to 5 inchs of ice all the way back to the middle of my unit..in spring everthing was covered n mold and from getting wet /stuck to the ice...he said he told me his units might flood or the locks might prob not slid or turn or pull out to get in..lol I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS UNITS N MENASH/BREEZEOOD..OR HIS OTHER PLACE..
I don't even know where this place is Google for some reason decided to think that I went to some storage place that I've never been to so blame them for the bad review
