Shelby County General Sessions Court

So basically court is still in session division 7 was exposed to a person that had covid19 and they did not one time close the doors to sanitize anything. Seen it with my own eyes . You are basically setting people up to get sick just for some money. I will continue to pray about it .People are coming out knowing they have covid.nBeWare you are not 6feet apart at all you are exposed and you are arms length from the next person. I feel that court should be shut down why get other people sick .

Save yourself time, and try to speak to an agent in person. Per usual, I was put on hold for over an hour just for no one to return to the phone. Not to mention the fact that the agent I spoke with lacked any knowledge of the court system and came across as unprofessional. She made me feel like my call was an inconvenience. It‘s concerning that it takes months to receive information from this office that could have been given over a simple telephone call. People are having to take time off there paying jobs because agents either won’t answer the phone or “transfer” you to another department leaving you on hold for hours.

Been on hold for 40 plus minutes and once on phone it’s ghetto fabulous fire all these people can’t receive information on anything

This place is an absolute joke, good luck getting a person on the phone to help you. They don't deserve the 1 star they were given.

Hung up on constantly for about 2 hours. Looking for someone to hold their employees accountable but the only way to talk to supervision is if they pick up. Not helpful and a waist of time. I did find someone else in another division to help but they have not heard the last of me.
