The wait at the teller window is unbelievable. I've had regions forever and this location is the slowest by far.
Terrible customer service. Never answer the telephone. No chat available on website. Drive thru service is a joke; bankers' attitude and tone borders on rude!
This branch is understaffed. They are always too busy to help and send u to the regions corp number, which is fine if u have 45 mins of your life to waste. Needs new management
The employees here are so kind and and patient to work with. Sandra and LaToya have been great!
