Great customer service from general manager. They were closed due to staffing issues which we were not aware of. However, after seeing my kids and me pull in with our bikes (the general manager who was just getting out of her car to do something quickly in the restaurant as they weren't open), kindly started up the ice cream machine so my kids could use their free ice cream cone coupons from school. She went way out of her way to be nice!
After trying to find a place for ice cream we had to settle for A&W once arrived the outside service was not working. They posted a number to call. That number did not work. Decided to just go through the drive through. Ordered a polar swirl with two candy pieces and they tried over charging. Didn't ask for extra just two different candy pieces. So if someone wants all the candy pieces they're going to charge 8$ for one I don't think so....
Every item we bought seems to be made fresh which is rare in fast food! Customer service is always great.
We had fun with our grandkids eating outside.
The food is great and the customer service is fine but it isnt pleseant having to wait in a drive through. Even though thats all places. Otherwise its all fine.
