The negative reviews on here are not to be trusted - the customer service, speed of service, and quality of food were all impeccable. It was only young people who served me, and they were all incredibly sweet and great at their jobs, from as far as I could tell. Great job guys! ♥ufe0f

They forgot loads of things. For starters no sauce. When asked for sauce. Also I got a sprite. It was pretty much all ice. One of my worst McDonald’s experiences every. If you want a good one go to a different one in Neenah. To put the icing on the cake. They charged me 18 for a meal that should have been 12

I normally never complain about fast food, because I get it... but when you go and 9/10 times your order gets messed up, or they forget fries, or your soda (twice in one day), or HOW COLD YOUR FOOD [ALWAYS] is. But I’m seriously starting to question your management... it requires zero skill to do the job you hire half wits, and they still can’t properly do their jobs. I don’t know how you run a profitable company when your employees are steady f*cking everything up. Gave you guys a 100th chance, and still couldn’t get it right... would give you negative stars if possible. STOP HIRING UNEMPLOYABLE people.

Food is average for McDonald's. Almost always forget something on the order though. Forgot sauce for the nuggets like 4 times.

People cut in line, you have to repeal your order several times, and they still didn't get it right.
