Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

My daughter went to Urban Air tonight. She paid $30 to have access to everything. However, there were MANY activities she could not participate in because there was no staff in the area. Now, before they allowed her to pay $30, to have access to all areas, they should have confirmed each area was staffed properly. I will definitely contact management on Monday.

Thank you Mr. BLANKENSHIP and the whole staff at this location. This was our second time in a week coming and it only gets better. Tables clean, masks required, fast and organized, reasonably priced snacks and food, and good familynfun.nGreatest staff too.. They urged healthy competition of dodgeball and even joined in the fun.. Thank you for bailing this momma out of the game..nI'm so glad that Covid didn't take this fun establishment. Come before 1 and you won't have as much of a.crowd..

Came in for my 4 year olds birthday with sister and brother in tow. They had a WONDERFUL time even though no one else was there since it was a Wednesday afternoon. Manager Mike was phenomenal, so sweet, so helpful and would go out of his was to make sure we didn’t need anything. He talked to me and my kids as they played and it was just a wonder overall experience. We will 100% be back. Thanks Mike for being so awesome.

There was no cleaning going on, place was filthy. There were used mask in the climbing area and on the floor. There were peoples broken fingernails on the trampoline mats. A party of approximately 30 came in, all unmasked and was never asked to mask up (the manager or owner checked them in and didn't even mention it). Kids running wild doing whatever with no parental supervision. Place was understaffed. I had to find someone multiple times just to enjoy the amenities I paid $50 for. The park itself has potential but when it comes to covid protocol or cleanliness do NOT visit this establishment anytime soon.

Great place for family and young adults to relax and have fun. It was crowded when I went for my grandson's birthday celebration, yet we all had an enjoyable time.
