It's been a few weeks since I discovered the Bluff City Taxi app, and I have loved it so far. No matter where I have to go, I can book rides at flat rates now. The drivers are very polite, professional, and helpful. I have recommended this app to many of my friends and family as well. A cool app indeed!
Thank you for your help this morning. We scheduled a ride online and remarkably your driver was punctualnand very helpful to us. She made sure we got to the airport in a safe manner. Since I always work on a tight schedule, I try not to depend on public transportation to reach my office, especially when I have meetings to attend. Bluff City Taxi cabs are simply the best in terms of ride quality, punctuality, and customer service. In fact, it is the best cab booking app I’ve used so far.
I want to take this time to really thank you for your help transporting my elderly parents to their home from the airport and to let me pay the fare over the phone. Ali wore a mask and made sure the taxi was sanitize before they got in. I find your dispatcher Sarah to be very helpful and caring. She gave me a call when the ride was completed.
