We parked here for 10 days and have to say that the experience was phenomenal!!!!! I highly recommend. Our driver, Sarah was top knotch and I we would recommend her as well. She was great!!! She even greeted us by name after 10 days of being gone. The personal touch she displayed made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. We will definitely use this service in the future when flying out of Memphis.

I was Grateful locating this airport parking on line. I was very please with the service that Sarah provided. I did no waiting to and from the airport. She was very friendly and I felt like I had known her for years. Although our trip was very brief, Sarah and I shared a strong connection. Its amazing how God places people in your pathway to give you hope. Sarah shared a personal exprience that one of my friends were actually going through (I was heading to visit her which was the reason for my trip). Because of her testimony I was more empowered and hopeful for the best of my friend’s health. I look forward to doing business with Joy Parking in the future and I highly recommend their service. Thank You Sarah for not only doing your job Exceptionally but having a passion for taking care of others and making them feel welcomed. You are Truly One In A Million! Take my advice and request for Sarah! She knows how to get the job done! The price for parking was very inexpensive as well!

Shuttle service does not pick you up as it says it will. Got in at 11pm, called for 2 hrs still no answer, finally they answered the phone at 2am and said i must have called the wrong number. Had to take a taxi to get to work. Would recommend parking elsewhere!

I parked here for a month. It was cheaper than long term parking at the airport (after tax, I paid $5 per day). The people were great. I had some trouble finding it: the entrance is nearly immediately as soon as you leave the highway. The parking is uncovered.
