Wow!!! Extremely impressed with DHM! We came from IL with our brand new boat (7 hours on the engine new) when we had engine problems , took our boat the next morning when they opened up and had it fixed and back in the water that evening. Very knowledgeable mechanics and knew everything about the Mercury Optimax. I would recommend them to anyone!! Fast, friendly and extently knowledge.. thanks again for getting us back on the water so quick guys!

DHM is a very awesome customer friendly service and business. We were out of town, on the lake at Dale Hollow on vacation. Our pontoon boat started making beeping noises. It would beep 4 alarms, wait for a couple of minutes and do it again. We are new to the pontoon world. We couldn’t figure it out. We read up on it and it seemed to be the oil reservoir canister. We called DHM and they told us to bring it on down, they’d get to it first thing in the morning. To our surprise, they did. And it was the oil reservoir. They had it ready by noon. We were only down till noon that day and back on the water to enjoy our vacation. Our boat was ready to go again! I would recommend this company to anyone for all their service and repairs. They are a family oriented place and very nice to work with. We had never traveled to Dale Hollow Lake before, didn’t know anyone or business down there. This is definitely a trustworthy place to call. They have your best interest in mind. Thanks again for getting to us quickly and getting us back on the water so fast! I have gone to Dale Hollow Lake at sunset dock for the past 35 years, at lease 4 week per year. I now buy all my products from DHM, just a few minutes off HWY 101 in Byrdstown TN near sunset dock. Its a great experience to getting expert advice on repairs and service. They do not hesitate to share information even when I try the repairs myself. This is the business of choice. Others in the area are not as friendly and act like your doing them a favor when giving them business. At DHM, they will bend over backwards and appreciate your business. Its truly a family atmosphere with prices and services very reasonable. This is where all my maintenance and repairs go that I don't have time to do myself. This is the same for all my other (4) family members having boats. I live 5-1/2 hrs away, so finding a business like this is so important. Bill
