Clean and fresh food. Staff was friendly and respectful

I called to place in an order for pick up at 8:24 PM. It rang for 6 min before I hung up and I immediately called back. I called and let the phone ring the entire time during my 10 minute drive. I pull into the driveway and the guy working goes back into the back and the phone gets picked up and immediately hung up without a word. Keep in mind I'm watching this through the window as I'm sitting in the parking lot. I walk in at 8:41 and ask if there was a specific reason the phone wasnt answered, he said the phone has been messing up and it never rang. He said he went to pick it up after I told him it was me calling and he said he tried to say hi but it hung up on itself... ud83eudd14 I can believe there were phone troubles IF I HADNT CALLED A DAY BEFORE TO ASK WHAT TIME THE STORE CLOSES. Food here has always been good, just very displeased with the service this time. I know if I'm back and he is the one working, subway wont be getting my business that day.

This place is fantastic! Came in with a huge order and they didn't blink an eye and was very pleasant. Thank you subway ladies!

Was not impressed today, the tomatoes were almost green and the lettuce tasted terrible, and beat that, they have discontinued our two favorite meats!!
