Young man from the local locksmith came to do some work. Punctual, efficient, polite. Great to see someone in a trade occupation continuing the tradition of quality service.

They were very quick, polite and so efficient. Before i got outside they and my grandson already had unlocked it! They even gave me advise on how to get a new key fob for my car. Thank you!

Exceptional customer service!

Through a ridiculous combination of accidents and oversight, I locked myself out of my car right in front of the hospital check-in. My car was running and had my phone, wallet, and mask inside. I was in a huge time crunch and needed help fast (I had driven my boyfriend to the hospital for surgery, they said I had 20 min before he went back). Hearing my situation, Kieth stopped what he was doing to help me get my car unlocked. All in all I think it took 10 min total. I was able to get to my boyfriend before he went into surgery. The price was so reasonable and Kieth was professional and personable. Thanks Oak Ridge Locksmith! You guys saved the day!
