Cathy has hospitality and customer satisfaction as close to perfect as can be. She always does her best to quickly and thoroughly complete whatever transaction you have. My wish would be that all banks would have tellers and other employees as hospitable as everyone is at this bank. Thank you for all that you do for our community and others.

Closing at 4:30 before many people are even done working is an old fashioned ideology.

A few more weeks and emails and I was contacted back by email to let me know that would not be reporting my positive accounts to the bureaus. Banks benefit from creditworthy people having lower scores, so they can charge higher interest rates.
