I keep having to talk to a woman over there that clearly hates her job. I don't appreciate the negative attitude and being interupted and shut down. Not to mention when I called for help the first time she gave me the wrong information which put me in a predicament. I had to go in and talk to a different lady who was so much nicer and 100% helpful. I came in today like she asked and I got stuck with the hateful lady who shut me down and wouldn't let me talk to whom I asked for.
