Assurance storage in Athens. Had some very helpful workers behind the counter. But had no consideration for the fact that there was a pandemic going on and there was trouble making the payment put us through the Hoops to keep us from recovering the storage unit but we did recover it against all their trouble they put us up for we paid our dues we have 20 days to remove our stuff and it will be getting removed do not recommend this storage unit for anyone I have dealt with plenty of storage units over my years of moving different places and being a truck driver but will not ever use this storage unit again.
Very nice communication, promptly found out answers to our questions, we're looking forward to use their services.
Very courteous and respectful
Owner has no respect for their employees fired all. Just to save their self $3. an hour on wages. If they treat their employees this way you think they care for your needs and possessions
Nice storage units with nice people to work with. The office staff is so helpful and friendly. Easy enter and exit and a very clean and safe facility. Good prices.
