Professional while also easy to understand. Even though we have yet to actually hire his services, he explained our situation to us very well and even gave us advice during our consultation.

Mr. Ridenour seems like a good guy but I can't recommend this business because they are so horrible at communication. In process of selling a home, I was misled and ignored, definitely not kept in the loop. The other seller and the buyer of the house were not treated this way, and I was never given any explanation. Phones went unanswered, voicemails never returned, emails finally returned weeks later when I used an employee's email address from a message the buyer forwarded to me. I live an hour away and, due to health issues, could not make trips to do everything in person - maybe that is why I got overlooked. Do not use unless you live next door and can show up in person to get help!
