Excellent campground, friendly staff, wonderfully clean, 10 out of 10 KOA campground. Kathy, Tim, and staff do a wonderful job and their campground shows it. We stayed in a cabin and it was perfectly clean and very comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere right outside of the smoky mountains. Very convenient to I-75. I would highly recommend this to all who appreciate a great campground and very friendly staff. Thanks Tim and Kathy!
This is one of the best KOA campgrounds we've ever stayed at. The new owners are doing a great job rejuvenating this campground.nnMost importantly, though, is the very helpful attitude of all the staff...they continually go out of their way to make sure you are totally satisfied. A good example of this is that the staff let us hold a baby shower for our granddaughter in their game room - at no charge whatsoever.nnWe'll be back to Sweetwater to visit our great grandson...and rest assured we'll certainly be staying at the Sweetwater KOA - we look forward to it.
Such a beautiful campground! Everything is so clean and all of the employees are amazing and nice, especially Dory! Thank you Sweet Water for being our home for 3 days!
Only stayed 2 nights, but very nice experience. Appreciated the escort to our site. Great playground equipment for kids. Friendly n welcoming.
We had such a good time here, at Sweetwater/I-75 . Everyone was so sweet, and we will visit here again. Thank you to Linda she was so kind. And asked if we needed anything.
