First Horizon Bank

Went to the atm today and tried to withdraw money from my account. It took forever to process and finally get back my card, but i received no money. I immediately called and found that they had already taken the money out of my account. Due to the holiday tomorrow i will not be able to have this fixed until Tuesday. Not to mention all the fees that continue to be tacked on. I believe I will be finding a new bank.

Been charged 70$ penalty fees I spoke w them they don't want to refund anything that's annie she was to busy I'm dissapdisapp

The first time I came in nobody would help me, I sat there for a hour till I finally left. I was pretty upset and decided that I would not use this bank. My mother in law has been with this bank since it was greenback. She has went through three owner changes and she told me to try one more time to see if someone would help me. So I decided to give it a shot. The next time I came in I was taking care of very quickly. Stacey hester took me to her office and set up my account quickly. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. I was treated so well that we have decided to open a second account. I do wish the hours were a little longer but that's okay. I do believe that I'll be happy with this bank.

I've been banking at this bank for a fre mths I've had the same account for yrs n they took over my bank that was banking at this bank is not helpful n very rude on going in in person n on the phone line I've had alot of unauthorized charges on my account n and they just told me to sign online n download the app n look from where they came from n I dont feel very comfortable putting my bank account online she could of just told me I wouldnt reccomend this bank to noone who needs a good bank n would like nice n friendly customer service because you wont get it with first horizon I'm closing my account and going to a bank who will take care of my needs n has friendly customer service n that I can trust with all my needs

I was with Capital Bank before they got bought by First Tennessee. I loved Capital; I never had any problems! I can not say the say for First Tennessee. They don’t have the same features as Capital bank. Checks aren’t free! Soon we will be charged to have our bank accounts, unlike Capital bank. I actually earned money from Capital bank instead of paying for my account. First Tennessee’s hours are terrible! They are never open it seems.
