Highly recommend! Bill is great to deal with and is very helpful with whatever questions I have! Unlike other facilities, Bill will actually call you back and you can tell he cares about his customers. Great location, facilities, and customer service. Wouldn’t store my stuff anywhere else!

Once this company took over ownership the price per unit has increased and now they have increased units by $9.99 for insurance that will not cover any personal property in the unit but cover their property. They give the option of using your home owners insurance but my insurer said it was not required and that this charge is a rip off and additional profit for the business and helps repair there property. When I questioned this requirement I was told that most of their business was in Florida and hurricanes damage their properties there. This company is ripping it's customers off with additional charges. They are greedy crooks, pure and simply. Hard working customers deserve better than this. I recommend customers look at other self storage options. Stay away from this business.
