It's my hometown. I still, after Not stepping foot on Tennessee soil for over 25 years, have friend's and family there that love and accept me. Everyone I know there are truly the best people you could hope to find. I love my hometown.

Teachers are uneducated. They bully their students, talk down to them and disrespect them. They don't teacher their students they tell them to figure the work out on their own or to ask their parents and when they try to ask for peer support they get wrote up. When state testing comes around they pressure their students about passing in order to get higher marks for their school that they haven't earned in any way. They don't communicate with parents and when something serious happens they don't inform them. Teachers are lazy and rude. The principals allow sexual harassment and encourage girls not to report it and the girls get threaten if they do. The teacher watch football during class and swear at the kids. There after school tutoring program teacher don't want to stay for and they tell the kids to leave and they lock them out of the school without informing parents. The list goes on the school should be shut down.

High school is what you make of it. I graduated from here. I loved this school. I transferred here from Brighton High and I learned so much more here. Maybe I was lucky enough to have teachers that cared but I really enjoyed my time. I graduated when Peggy Barber was principal so I'm sure certain things have changed.
