Poor communication, I called because I was locked outside. I simply asked were they doing business tonight. A lot of business are closed or closing early due to Covid-19. Whoever the guy was hung up on me. I didn’t want to leave one star but, that was the only way to leave my review. My mother always told me to check the reviews. However, I’m frustrated and just want to get inside. Companies are made up of people that can and should communicate with decency, respect and hold a level of professionalism.
