Very disappointed came to look for car twice only Second visit was I even acknowledged smh when I first Came into establishment I was bypassed by sales associate when I called to get mask she tried to give it to the other gentleman the white man wow I could go further into detail but you'll have to go and see for yourself. the young man on The dodge side on the other side was very helpful and mannerable but the young white lady stayed on her phone on a personal call I could tell by her convo.apon leaving the establishment I encountered on ms lanita very outspoken and pleasant woman ahe apologized for the incident I thanked her and left I don't spend money where I'm not RESPECTED PERIOD!!!!!!
Recently, purchased a vehicle from Castellaw. The experience was very good. Management and staff are nice and professional. They are fair and don't try to force products on the customer that they don't want. They also gave me a fair price for my trade in. Five stars, for sales staff, keith. He's very knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this auto dealer. They appear to be an honest dealership, which is not always the case.
This place has always been pretty shady. I just carried my truck in to get the works package. They replaced my windshield wiper blades without asking. They were brand new Bosch. I made them give them to me maybe it'll save me some money when I get ready to replace them again. Cost about an extra $25
Kimberly was very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and was very professional. Kimberly has followed up on the bed liner we were wanting for the truck we had purchased from her. We’ve bought several cars and Kim is by far the best sales person we’ve ever had the pleasure dealing with. I would recommend her to all my friends. The price in comparison to other dealerships were awesome. My husband and I were very impressed with the deal we received and the attention and professionalism that we received from Kimberly Wilharm.
