FINALLY found a good Chinese spot, I was getting disappointed with the offerings around Appleton since moving here. Only other good spot is Cafe Basil which is a little pricier plus many of the offerings are different and it's Thai focused.nnWe ordered General Tso, chicken chow mein and steamed dumplings. General Tso had sizable chunks of chicken with a sweet and flavorful sauce, the chow mein was spot on and the Chinese sausage in the dumplings was a nice touch. Portions filled us up with lots of leftovers so there's great value added; oh, and unlike so many disappointing places here THIS place can cook rice (which should be a given but you'd be surprised..)nnCan't wait to try your other dishes.

Great food, atmosphere and friendly servers. I used to live in Taiwan and love Chinese food. For what it's worth, Bao Ju is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Fox Valley.

Food is ok, nothing special. Egg rolls are very greasy. My wife said her general tso's was not as spicy as it usually is at other restaurants. Everything is buttoned up for the scamdemic, but then you have to place your debit/credit card on this dirty-looking tray for the cashier to pull through a window, and then sign the receipt with a similar condition pen when they pass the tray back through the window. To be fair, it's far less sketchy than the other places in Neenah.

Lady was rude on the phone, kept interrupting me while I was talking. Then my husband picks up the food, most of the items are wrong and had mushrooms (which I asked for no mushrooms in anything). I called back to get the correction fixed, the lady wasn’t understanding what I was saying. This whole process was ridiculous.

They had the food hot, almost no contact but very precautionary measures have been taken, and I think they are really focusing on their quality. The food is super tasty!
