This campground has the potential be so great, but I’m afraid it just won’t get the necessary funding to get it past three-star conditions. The setting and natural surroundings are beautiful. However the campground is tired. The individual pads are treacherous if wet, you can slide right off. The restrooms are in serious need of an upgrade. I didn’t dare shower as the moldy smell was awful.nnWarning: no cell service (both US Cellular and ATT). The website lists WI-FI but that’s only at the visitor center.
