Good hamburgers fries shakes. Service always good, but sometimes a little wait at meal times. Highly recommend

Awesome place to get that old time drive in food. Tom's offeres great food and that Americana experience. Can't beat the burgers, fries and especially the Fried cheese curds. Try a chocolate malt. Happy feel good food!

My experience was a great one. Everything was great tasting and looked great. I was told I have to try the perch burger so I will get that next trip.

I've ordered take out a few times since the COVID-19 started. Customer service was never the best even before that. It hasn't changed, unfortunately.nTypically they miss things I've ordered. Like extra coleslaw, tartar sauce or whatever. I was charged though. That isn't forgotten!nnI order the Perch dinner, as it is the best I've found near me. It is the main reason I go.nnNow I won't assume everyone has my taste or view with the following. I believe Fish and Coleslaw goes together. Sometimes chips or French Fries. The checkout at Tom's informed me they will no longer be serving Coleslaw, it wasn't selling.nHas the world changed that much?nMaybe.nThis is a deal breaker for me. I'll have to see who has Perch with Coleslaw someplace else.nnWith respect to seating arrangements, they permit this inside by having every other booth closed off. Ultimately, it makes for an overall better dining experience inside. And if you do dine in, at least you can complain about your order on the spot!

I ordered a big Tom large with a chocolate shake and cheese curds and paid 20.88! They charged me almost full price for the curds and shake. When a large meal is only 9.29! Not happy at all!!!! I can understand charging a little more but I’d be better off ordering it all separate.
