DO NOT work for FSNB in Covington tn the regional manager is so DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. He was no help when I was employed there, there was NO MANAGER so you ran everything by yourself. I was suppose to get two weeks of training and only received three days. I ran the branch by myself sometimes and the regional manager did not bring any help. We had no supplies, nothing and he still was disrespectful and lazy.. The regional manager is very inconsiderate. One of my employees drawer was short and the regional manager tried to blame it on me because I’ve been there longer when I was new as well, still learning. If you work at FSNB make sure your at one with a manager because in Covington tn, branch 36 you are just a number and the regional manager would use you until he’s ready to fire you. Today was the worst, most disrespectful and unprofessional service I've every received at the Covington Tn branch. As soon as I have another account setup somewhere else I will be no longer be banking with them after 8yrs of service. These young kids have no idea how to conduct themselves as professionals. And as a bank your employees reflect you as a business and its not good at all from this branch. I had to give you 1 star or otherwise I would've given you a negative review.

I was denied service and the entire staff discriminates! I have also witnessed this happen to other people! Customer service SUCKS!
