After 5 years of my patronage they are gonna charge me 20 bucks for a copy of last year's return I only needed 1 page! Now that's customer appreciation i told them I would never be back!! When will people learn was that 20 bucks worth losing my business??they called me the next day after this post and apologized and made it right
