It would be a lot better if there was an option to pay online and receive our storage locker numbers and codes in an email. Having to wait for someone to call us back or only being able to talk to another office who couldn’t do anything for us when the local office was closed was frustrating. Most people move and do things on the weekends so it would have made more sense to be available on those days . The office being closed early so we couldn’t do anything sucked.
It was really easy to get ahold of the company, and they worked with me getting a storage unit. The ladies who were taking care of me were super sweet, and accommodating. I would recommend them to friends adds family. Thank you Dena!
I needed the unit at night after hours I was promptly assisted and was able to access the unit within an hour excellent service
Extremely poor customer service!! Will not answer calls or return them. They did not process last months payment after speaking to them on the phone and giving permission to do so!!! I feel as if they're out to steal their customers belongings. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Hopefully I get my stufg back
