Hands down BEST experience I have ever had with a company. I rented a unit during an emergency thinking I would need to store all of my things. I ended up not even needing the unit and he was so understanding and even went out of his way to meet me just to refund my money. Most people would have just told me “your loss” and moved on. He was more concerned with building a good rapport with customers than he was making a dollar. The units are extraordinarily well priced for space, cleanliness, and security of your things. The whole place is so well taken care of. If I ever need a unit, I will definitely go back here! Absolutely use them over any other place in town!
I've never met the owner personally. Just spoke with him over the phone. But the way he spoke and helped my daughter. I knew he was a angel. A very caring soul. So to anyone wanting a great storage unit with caring owners...This is definitely the place. Thanks again sincerely Ms Grice.
