When I discovered I was locked out of my house, Jerry came within 20 minutes of my call. He was friendly and professional, and got me into my house quickly. He rekeyed all my locks to the same key and fixed a door knob that had been installed incorrectly and was done within 30 minutes. Would highly recommend and call again.

I called Sumner Lock and Key to make an inquiry regarding a key fob for my truck. They do not fulfill these orders but they asked where I was located and recommended me to one of their competitors that could help me. I thought that showed great character. I first called Sumner Lock and Key in August when I managed to lock myself out of my apartment. Jerry was there within a half hour and very pleasant despite the blazing sun and tricky lock. Less than a week later, a lock on the utility closet at work broke, Sumner Lock and Key to the rescue yet again. Same great service.nnFast forward a few months, after buying a new home I called them again to rekey my existing locks and install dead bolts. Jerry did a phenomenal job installing 4 exterior deadbolts where there had been none and drew my attention to a split door jamb.nnI really can't overstate my satisfaction with the quality of work, availability, and courtesy I've experienced with Sumner Lock and Key.
