Seeing this is a almost a five star place I’m surprised. Half way through washing my hair she says where all all the clean towels... Lady did not blow dry my hair all the way. Just half way, I could pinch water off. Mind you it’s freezing outside.Then after she half dried my hair it sounded like she went straight back to the microwave. She wasn’t around to even get her tip. & More smiles when people walk in would be nice too! Thanks for the trim

We went to the Neenah location my husband got his hair done by Jenny Kerrigan. She is easy to talk to, makes you feel comfortable,and take her time making sure you get the style you want. I highly recommend her.
