I have had my personal belongings in storage at Douglas Dam Self-Storage since 2017. I had no worries. Totally secured and the only way to get in is with a code. Tony has been wonderful to work with. Never had a problem. Because of where I live in Pigeon Forge in a resort, I wanted my things closer. That was arranged and I moved out todayn10-06-2020. If anyone is looking for an awesome place to store belongings, vehicles, campers, etc, this is the place. Thanks Tony for being so nice and helpful.
Great experience from Todd, he sent us video of directions, pictures and very personable with good rates. The storage facility is a secure place to keep your toys! Thanks again!
Absolutely horrible place. They went thru my belongings and even broke some of my family heirlooms. I had items missing. I wish InCould give them a zero.

Well kept, well secured, security cameras, fenced in, individual gate codes. Also provides a place to wash things. Pleasure doing business with Stoney.
