My 2004 Honda Crv ended up needing a starter replacement. It was fixed within two days after getting an appointment two day later for the diagnostic. Had an issue where the mechanic told me the wrong total. After talking with Ryan, they were able to refund the amount that wasn't mentioned on the phone. It was still pricey compared to quotes from other shops, but i know the job was done well. Wouldn't recommend for people living month to month, just trying to get a few more years out of an older car, but for those looking for quality care with the best parts and honest technicians, they will take care of your vehicle and let you know everything that can help your car run at its best.

Trustworthy, got my son in law from out of state, in same day when he was having car trouble, do a great job, explain everything so you can understand it. I go here all the time and dont like it if I have to go to dealer for warranty work.

This was my first time here. As a new customer I was appalled on how they tried pushing “needed repairs “.nA brake line that is rusty does not constitute a repair or replacement.nThey even tried pushing a air filter (which is normal) for 25$ when I can buy it at the local parts distributor for 10$. Their oil changes are even higher the the major dealerships.nIt was plainly obvious that they were only interested in making non necessary repairs to bring in more business. During these troubling times we are currently in, they are taking advantage of the customer. I am a front line worker in this pandemic.nI will never be back. CONSUMER BEWARE!!

Had the best customer service here and would highly recommend! Had an emergent car issue over the weekend and decided to try Van Zeeland's since it was close to home. They took the time to look at my car in-between appointments and had a thorough diagnosis when they were done. I could tell they were honest and genuine with their recommendations on what to do next with my car. Will definitely be coming back for routine car care!
