Rick Scroggins has handled many legal matters for me over the last 15 years from divorce to property deed closures to prenuptial agreements and every time I have felt like he did an outstanding job. Rick is very responsive to your needs and questions, always making you feel that your issue is his #1 priority. When you leave a message, he is quick to call you back. Furthermore, you won’t find a more reasonably priced lawyer around. In Jefferson County, if you are going through a divorce or just received a DUI.....then Rick is the lawyer you want.

Mr. Scroggins infringes on father's rights. He for no reason at all throws low blows and doesn't care about who he hurts,adults or children, he caused my ex to assault my daughter, causing her pain. In my opinion Mr. Scroggins is a sorry excuse for a human being. So thank you Mr. Scroggins for causing my daughter and I the cruel emotional pain that you have brought to us already! Having a mother to go schizophrenic physio on 17 month old , how do you feel like that is the best interest of a child? So here is to hoping that all the pain and trouble comes back and smacks you in the face one day! Bravo LOOSER!!!!!!!

Do NOT use this lawyer! Do NOT listen to his advice. He does not care about you and will screw you in the end. His paralegal is extremely rude. They will NOT return your phone calls. And he will not speak to you personally unless you make an appointment and pay for the visit. The worst mistake you will ever make is hiring him!
