McDonald's

This location is a joke. I have an issue with them oftennWhether it's customer service (or lack there of) or them not making food correctly. I mean, really, how hard can it be to make a burger correctly or a coffee. I guess they like to hire incompetent high school kids, and don't bother training well. I am definitely going to be speaking with the manager of this location, and will be trying to speak with their boss. Enough is enough, and I can only take so much

I wish I could review this location better. But I can't. A few evenings ago, we waited over 20 minutes in one of the reserved spots for our small order. Only to find out they completely forgot to make it. At one point, a bag came out to our car and I inspected it and found that it was the incorrect order. I told the worker it was the wrong order, and that I had touched the fries, so she would want to get the right person new food. I swear you not, she proceeded to take the food that I touched to the car in front of me, and they drove off with the bag. In the midst of COVID, there are no excuses for that.

I gave a Four Star, this time, because they forgot to bring me my order,, the lady at the window ask me to wait in a parking spot , I did, then I guess she forgot to tell them my order of (3) three Hot Fudge Sundaes. So it took a while to get my order. Around 20 mins of waiting before I questioned them. I go r them.

Food was good and hot, employees were friendly. The only downside is that there were 5 vehicles in front of me that they had pull over to the side because they didn't have their food ready yet. Otherwise, it was great!

Rude service. Left out a hamburger in drive thru. So we went back around to retrieve it and he was completely rude saying we were lying, then we came to find out we were charged 3$ more then the original price it should have been.
