Bojangles

Tonite they were so busy I had to wait, But I was happy to do so!!! How can anyone be upset when your getting food you know was just cooked!!! They did a great job and we're very polite.

A manager named Steven is so rude. Friday was my grannys 70th birthday we spent 40 dollars on a family meal to get home to find chicken so burnt and had been sitting that we couldn't eat.. I called and spoke to a nice girl named Selena who stated they just made some fresh chicken and they would replace it. She told me to keep the receipt and took my name. I went to get our replacement meal and was told by Steven that he would not replace a 40 dollar meal. Would not even hear me out. I have contacted the general manager! We usually go to bojangles before school every morning but not now. I will not spend another dime at this location!!! This was the dandridge location not Jefferson

No napkins in the bag, nothing provided to stir your sugar and cream into the coffee and didn't get what I ordered. Also the biscuit was not fully baked

Well located, very clean in store, spaced out due to covid well kept...very friendly employees..delicious food..WELL DONE BOJANGLES EMPLOYEES..You deserve a raise!!

I will have to say it has been a long time since I've ate at Bojangles. And I forgot how good it tasted. The biscuits was amazing. The chicken tenders were just right. I definitely give it a 5 star and recommend it for sure.
