Brad and his staff were nothing but professional and helpful. My 17 year old was traveling by himself and needed a hotel pickup and delivery to the airport. I was not only notified when the driver was in route, when he was on site at the hotel, and when he arrived at the airport with my son. If any of our family is ever in Knoxville again we will be using Affairs of Style Limo. Highly recommend their services!
A last minute sweet 16 request, turned into an amazing journey! Brad was very nice in making sure we were booked for the dates/times requested. Bob our driver was beyond awesome, it rained part of our trip, but he still made it an enjoyable/safe drive to the mountains. I have told all of my friends about this company that I stumbled upon and look forward to using in the future. Thank you so much the best ending to a sweet 16 ever!
This company ROCKS!!! Best service anywhere, I would not use anyone else. Very professional and prompt service. They are THE BEST hands down.
I contracted this company to pick me up at the Knoxville airport, take me to pick up my mother at a rehab center, and return us to the airport. No one showed up. I phoned the office twice and sent an email also. I waited for almost an hour, then found another way to get where I was going for half the price. I still have not heard from anyone at the company. I would not attempt to use them again.
