Have always loved this place and it’s service. Ask for Ronald! He’s been the guy helping me prepare here a few times out of the past couple of years and I have complete respect for him and his company because of him. He’s quick, professional, reliable, responsible on his job duties, and to the point! Any questions I have or have ever had he always answers without any confusion to either one of us and I walk away happy, and totally satisfied! My wife Ronda has been using JH for 10 years before we were married. These past two years, we have been working with Ronald at this location and he is hands down the best that I have worked with. Previously, my wife worked with Angel whom my wife loved working with, but she relocated to a location closer to her home, He took time to explain in detail the procedures and items that would or could effect our filing status, and gave great care and attention to every detail. I have been paying taxes for over 40 years, and have never had such a great experience. I am certain that other Jackson Hewitt preparers are as diligent as Ronald - but ask for him none the less!

I made an online appointment and when I got there I told the man helping me my issues. He instantly told me very rudely that I did not have all the information he needed. I asked for his help and how to get that document, and he kept being rude to me and wouldn't offer any other suggestions. I think because I was not a return customer, he didn't want to help with something more complicated. I asked for my paperwork and left. I wouldn't recommend this place because of him. If he told me nicely there would have been no issue.

Ronald was very polite and friendly. Very professional and courteous. I will recommend this office to other people and to ask for Ronald aka Mike.

My husband and I file here every year and Ronald is amazing. He is always kind and makes sure we understand everything he is doing! Highly recommended place to file your taxes!!!
