They did an amazing job and got me my maximum refund and all possible tax breaks very friendly experienced helpful. I just wish I didn't have to wait 5 days on my refund advance to be received cause need it sooner. If they would send it faster I would rate 5 stars.
Helen was fantastic at helping me get my taxes done. I recommend Jackson Hewit to anyone.
Update: this is the longest I have ever waited for my refund I will never use them again the past 5 years I've used Jerry Tipton CPA Accountant office in Knoxville area I wish I would have went there this year everyone I know even the ones that filed after me already has there refund. I am unemployed right now and kinda need my refund bad people who employed already have there refund I'm unemployed and need it bad but apparently ain't gonna receive my refund for a while. So I will not ever use them again and I do not recommend this company to anyone who is depending on their refund to be received fast. Especially if you are unemployed and broke and depending on your refund to get you back on your feet. Instead I recommend you go to Jerry Tipton CPA Office in Knoxville area.
Very efficient, and very professional..I used the office set up in Walmart Jefferson City Tn. Helen Bartenhagen was my preparer..she was very helpful and detailed ..and answered all questions I had..I was very pleased with my experience..Thank you Helen and thank Jackson-Hewitt...I will return next year ...
Filed over 3 months ago now and they won't tell me anything qnd still no information they were rude and very impatient qnd got told one thing g by one person then something 100% different by the other person
